Position Title: Marketing Sales
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update Google Ads regularly, and develop an effective Keyword strategy.
2. Develop leads from multiple sources (web, email, print, etc.)
3. Write and edit articles on WeChat and Facebook and update the company website.
4. Assist in the overall marketing plan.
5. Maintain company presence on social networks and blogs, etc.
6. Create, assist and execute social media strategy including creating content, scheduling, posting, and tracking to drive followers and engagement on WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
7. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media analytics, leveraging data and insights to take advantage of opportunities to drive traffic, increase following and engagements, and identify other opportunities for improvement.
8. Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
9. Design and edit promotional/marketing materials, such as brochures.
10. Help with specific marketing requirements (capturing testimonials, images, videos etc.)
11. Craft creative and engaging social media content videos/promos, photos, graphics, blogs, memes, live stories, GIFS, etc.
12. Create new marketing campaigns and initiatives online, including both paid and unpaid organic advertising, to drive traffic, follower growth, engagement, and generate leads.
13. Write, review, edit, and support content creation efforts for active and new student campaign initiatives.
14. Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends and competitors.
15. Integrate and support an effective, robust overall marketing strategy.
16. Provide timely and consistent follow-through with new potential customers.
17. Be the primary point of contact, from the sale to the closing.
18. Drive marketing efforts in different channels, and proactively strategize to expand our client base.
19. Identify and communicate the organizational value proposition, converting leads into prospects by addressing them in a meaningful way, leveraging social media relationships, and other forms of mixed media.
20. Participate in campaigns from brainstorming to execution through to post-project review.
21. Relationships with Student Clubs/Organizations within Universities are preferred.
Requirements:
1. Fluent speaking Chinese is REQUIRED.
2. Understand the complex needs of potential clients.
3. Experience in SEO/SEM advertising.
4. Experience in producing marketing materials, such as flyers, videos, imagery etc.
5. Help develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
6. Help with product launch campaigns and engaging customer retention programs.
7. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
8.Google Ads Certified is preferred.
9. Manage and execute email campaigns.
10. Compile and present weekly reports for other departments.
11. Help coordinate with the IT Team and consultants when required.
12. Experience in managing social media including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WeChat to reach audiences with paid and organic campaigns or proven capability to work within this realm.
13. Graphic design and editing software e.g. Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign a plus.
14. Previous portfolio in marketing material preparation, bilingual writing, basic graphic design for print media advertisement, and coordination for digital media for the email newsletter, YouTube video, website management, Google Analytics, and social media for WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, and Facebook.
15. Exceptional storytelling skills and creativity.
16. Ability to self-start, work independently, and balance multiple tasks at once.
17. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
